METAIRIE, La., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Newpark Resources, Inc. (NYSE: NR) announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 10:00 a.m. central time on December 28, 2006 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in The Woodlands, Texas.
The Company expects to send its stockholders the official notice for the meeting and proxy materials in late November 2006.
