THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Jan. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Newpark Resources, Inc. (NYSE: NR) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2012 results on Thursday, February 14, 2013 after the market closes.  In conjunction with the release, the Company has scheduled a conference call, which will be broadcast live over the Internet, for Friday, February 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Central.
