NON-GAAP FINANCIAL MEASURES To help understand the Company’s financial performance, the Company has supplemented its financial results that it provides in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) with the non-GAAP financial measure of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”).
